Settings
Apply general settings under Common Settings to configure RADIUS Server.
The general options include the following:
- Authentication port: RADIUS Server's port number for interface protocols. The default value is 1812 for authentication.
- Select the source against which RADIUS Server authenticates users: Select local accounts or LDAP accounts to be the authentication source for RADIUS Server.
- Download Root Certificate: When using RADIUS authentication to access wireless network, you might need to download and install Root Certificate, or disable the "Validate server certificate" option.
Authentication methods supported by RADIUS Server:
PAP, MS-CHAP, PEAP, EAP-MSCHAPv2, EAP-TTLS
Note:
If a user from the authentication source has been disabled in Control Panel, he will not get authenticated by RADIUS Server.
